5 Ingredient Hummus

Recipe:

400g Chickpeas (drained & washed)
2-3 Tbsp Tahini (unhulled)
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 whole medium lemon
3 cloves of garlic
Pinch salt (doesn’t count in 5 ingredients )

Add all ingredients to a blend and blitz. Keep blending until smooth - if it’s too thick, add a little more olive oil. Season to taste.

This recipe is so good for entertaining!! You can top it with so many different combinations.

In this image, I topped it with a little drizzle of olive oil, cherry toms , cucumber, parsley and jalapeños. Serve with flatbread, crackers or veggies sticks.
