Vanilla Chia Pudding
Makes 1 Serve
You can duplicate / multiply this recipe as many times as you like to make individual serves. These are a great option for meal prep and a great source of fibre and plant based omega-3’s.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup milk of choice
2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
All all ingredients to a container and stir together thoroughly. Leave for at least 1 hour, however overnight is ideal.
Then top with whatever toppings you choose.
